Shipping policy

Welcome to Razorblade Performance. We appreciate every order and work hard to get your items shipped quickly, safely, and accurately. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing or during live sale events.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods, pop-up events, live auctions, or special drops, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier rates

We currently ship through trusted carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx (when applicable)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority/Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Bundled Orders

We gladly bundle multiple items whenever possible to help customers save on shipping costs.

If you purchase multiple items through:

  • Shopify
  • Live sales
  • Pop-up events
  • Social media claims

we may combine shipments when applicable.

Any major shipping overcharges identified after purchase may be refunded at our discretion.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided at checkout).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Razorblade Performance is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Returned packages due to address errors
  • Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier.

However, we will do our best to assist customers with:

  • Tracking support
  • Filing carrier claims
  • Damaged package documentation

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of packaging
  • Photos of damaged item(s)
  • Order number

Clothing & Resale Item Condition

Razorblade Performance sells a mix of:

  • Brand new items
  • New with tags (NWT)
  • New without tags (NWOT)

Any flaws, wear, or condition notes will be clearly disclosed in the product listing whenever possible.

Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of limited inventory, live sale items, and resale merchandise, certain items may be marked:

  • Final Sale
  • No Returns
  • No Exchanges
